Business Development for Technical Services (Sr. Executive / Manager)

Job Description: 


1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical, herbal and
nutracetuical sectors.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and
stakeholders.
3. Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs
and organizational capabilities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and value
propositions
5. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing
regular updates on project status.
6. Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to continuously
improve service delivery
7. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client
expectations and contractual agreements
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
9. Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold the highest standards in service
delivery and client satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in business development within the Contract Research Organization
or pharmaceutical industry.
