- Orientation – Getting new employees acquainted with the organization, its culture, rules and introducing to supervisors, and other employees.
- Training employees to perform at a high level, acquiring new skills and improve employee attitudes and behaviors.
- Designing a well-balanced compensation program
- Performance appraisal to evaluate and determine how an employee is performing.
- To inculcate discipline in employees to maintain rules and standards of acceptable behavior in the organization.
- Should adapt with MIS of the company.
- Visiting Engineering colleges and technical institutes for recruitment of Trainees.
